 You can place a catering order through our website or by giving us a call. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. 

Catering Cancellation and Refund Policy

Catering orders require advance purchasing, preparation, staffing, and reservation of production capacity. All cancellations must be submitted to T&JJ’s in writing.

Cancellations received at least seven calendar days before the scheduled fulfillment date are eligible for either a 90% refund or a credit equal to 100% of the amount paid.

Cancellations received three to six calendar days before fulfillment are eligible for either a 50% refund or a credit equal to 75% of the amount paid.

Orders canceled less than 72 hours before fulfillment, after food preparation has begun, or on the scheduled fulfillment date are nonrefundable. Management may issue a partial credit when circumstances and costs already incurred permit.

Custom products, specially ordered ingredients, third-party purchases, and other nonrecoverable expenses are nonrefundable once committed.

Credits expire six months after issuance, are not redeemable for cash, and may be applied to a future catering order subject to availability and current pricing.

If T&JJ’s cancels an order or materially fails to provide the agreed products or services, the customer will be offered an appropriate replacement, proportional refund, credit, or full refund based on the circumstances.

Concerns regarding missing, incorrect, or unsatisfactory items must be reported within two hours of pickup or delivery. Photographs and retention of the affected food may be required so the matter can be properly evaluated. Consumed products generally are not eligible for a full refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to process.
